My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Hokkaido Winter Festivals and the tour itinerary. Our tour director Kim was pleasant, funny, considerate and organized. We also enjoyed the experience of staying in some traditional Japanese accommodation and onsen hotels. The Drift Ice Cruise was fantastic. The selection of lunch and dinner included in this tour were excellent. The Japanese meals served were authentic and tasty. The airport greeting and transfer were convenient.

The tour was fabulous and taking us through magical Hokkaido and all it has to offer during this snow festival time. Simply beautiful, breathtaking and Wow! around every corner. The stunning snow covered scenery seemed almost surreal like nothing I've ever seen before.

Our tour guide Kim Kide was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable about everything and really made the experience one I will never forget. Our driver Hitoshi Iozawa was great. I've never seen anyone drive a bus with such skill. If I ever tour with AJT again I would definitely request to be in a group with these two and the driver and tour guide.

However, we regret that we’re unable to provide individual assistance to guests with walking difficulties or other personal needs. Guests requiring such individualized assistance must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion who can provide it.				These tours are tailored to the energetic traveler; guests should feel comfortable walking from 4 to 10 miles a day depending on the tour and destination.
