Joyce (Japan tour) was EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Spoke excellent English, was very clear, very engaging with us, & showed us slides on the bus to hi-light what we’d be seeing/going to. Always making sure we were all there & safe. Can’t say enough good things about her as she will forever cement our Japan memories. Brian (Korea) was poor….low English, low energy, low engagement. Seemed he didn’t want to be there.

Weather didn't cooperate for cherry blossom viewing but we still had a blast! Excellent tour guide, excellent sights, excellent activities. This tour took all of the work out of planning a vacation and let us relax and have fun and really absorb the experience.

This tour was wonderful. First of all, my son and I booked this vacation at the last minute. Our interactions with the agents via phone and email were always professional and kind. They made accommodations for our arrival at a different airport and even helped us with our travel plans after the tour ended. Billy, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing. He's funny and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the customs and history at each location that we visited. He even helped us buy Shinkansen tickets for our trip back to Tokyo because the employee didn't speak English. The tour was jam-packed with so many places to visit and each place was wonderful. The sushi making class was so much fun. The tour bus was comfortable and very clean and the hotels were very nice, especially the one in Ikebukuro. Our bus driver was also great. We always felt safe throughout the entire trip. I highly recommend All Japan Tours. Can't wait for our next trip!

Tour guide Mijaro was great. Very knowledgeable and seems like she really enjoys her role. The hotels were clean and nice part of town enough free time most of the nights covered a lot of Japan in those short days. Good Tour would recommend.
