It was an excellent tour. Mr. Wun was so responsive as were our drivers. It was a good balance of culture, shopping, the arts, history and experiences in nature. Our guide was the BEST!!!!!! So were our drivers! The accommodations and meals were wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinners.

Our private tour was a very memorable trip of a lifetime for the 10 of us. Kenta, our English speaking tour guide was great/excellent. All 10 of us felt comfortable asking him questions and talking to him. He communicated very well with us, kept us informed, and on time. He was very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. And towards the end of the trip he had to work hard to get a wheelchair for our 87 year old mom who was getting tired of walking. The hotels were very good. We all enjoyed our first time rickshaw ride through the Arashiyama bamboo forest. The rickshaw drivers were very entertaining. It was also extremely considerate of the rickshaw company to take our carryon bags to the hotel. We all loved the private onsens in Arashiyama. One of the boys was so happy to wear the yukata that he bought one in Miyajima for wearing at home. I have never been to an onsen where you could choose your yukata from such a vast array of colors. The ramen and okonomiyake making experiences were very fun and tasty. We were very thankful that Rie Taki was able to help us so much with the preplanning of the trip and the purchase of group tickets to the Tokyo Giants game. We all go to Mariner baseball games in Seattle but the Japanese baseball games are totally different: fun, exciting, with coordinated cheering, wild and loud. We were all excited to see the Ichiro museum (again for a couple of us) in Nagoya and even more surprised to see his father since Ichiro was being inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame the next morning. He even gave each of us a package of his Chichiro curry (Ichiro's favorite) in honor of Ichiro's induction. The Hiroshima museum was a poignant history lesson. We could have spent more time there except it was very very crowded.

Absolutely 5 stars. First of all, Kyoshi was very responsive and knowledgeable during planning process. Then, Shu, our guide, was THE BEST!!!! His English was perfect and he was a terrific guide. For our family of 13 (12 plus baby), he accommodated our every need and desire. Some wanted to find specific watch shops, some yarn, some hibachi dining, and he made it all happen. He skipped the things we wanted to skip, shortened tours when we were too exhausted and one day he bought a fan for all of us due to oppressive heat. He even helped some of our group go to a baseball game! He facilitated our ordering meals, took us for rice bowl, ramen and sushi. We all loved him and would highly recommend him.
