We loved Miharu, our guide. She was so funny and kind and informative. I would take an AJT tour again and recommend to anyone. Fabulous!

Saw everything I had dreamed of seeing for many years. Miharu was a great guide and very funny. The Miho and Adachi Museums were transcendent. Boat ride and sushi making were fun. Naoshima did not disappoint. Hiroshima Peace Memorial was very moving. Enjoyed collecting the stamps from the various temples and shrines and museums.

This tour was an excellent blend of experiencies in the busy cities and venturing to areas not usually visited on other tours. All logistics went without issues even when changes needed to be made. Very nice accomodations and meals. We have gone on land tours in a number of countries and our guide Miharu was the best guide we have had. She provided historical as well as current information about the areas and sites visited without overwhelming us. Her use of her own visual aids made the information easier to understand. She also explained the cultural aspects of life in Japan by using her personal experiences which made it more meaningful. Our driver, Takahashi-san was an excellent safe driver. His coach was comfortable and always clean. He also assisted travelers as needed. We are looking into booking another AJT tour.

We LOVED this tour and felt it was so well done. Paying a bit more to go with All Japan Tours is worth it! The hotels were wonderful, excellent tour guide and transport, delicious meals, well planned itineraries, and we saw and experienced so much. I would recommend AJT (and already have!) to others considering a visit to Japan.

We all had such a great time on this tour! It was a bit hectic, but we got to see a lot without the hassle of long queues. Our tour guide, Joyce Tan and our bus driver Haga-san were so awesome! Couple of the hotels had real small rooms, but made up for it with great food! This particular tour had something for everyone...Anime, Onsens, temples and shrines, sushi making, and lots of shopping.

Our tour was a small one with only six travelers. We all got along and shared many good memories and laughs together. Our tou, Youki, was a pleasure to be with. She was so sweet and went out of her way to help us in any way she could. Mr. Mewa was a great driver and was also very helpful. Youki also made a celebration of my birthday and made it very special. We’ve been on other tours, but this was the best by far the best mostly due to the small size of the group and our wonderful guide. We had a lot of free time and had plenty of time to shop and explore. Be prepared to walk a lot and have long full days filled with fun experiences.

Kim was a wonderful tour guide!!! So friendly and accommodating. Also our driver, Mr. Maeda (not sure of spelling) was wonderful and kind! Kim was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and everyone on the tour had a wonderful time! She made adjustments to the tour schedule when she learned that our cruise would visit a few of the same sites that were planned for our itinerary, and she made amazing choices! The included meals were wonderful too. This was the best private tour that we have been on in our 24 years of travel. In the future, if we do another tour of a different part of Japan we will definitely ask for Kim! We loved Japan!

What a fantastic trip. We will have memories for years, and now feel empowered to explore more on our own. Guides were all very attentive and made the experience so much more meaningful. As two travelers in Japan with zero Japanese, we felt as though we were in good hands with Ken (Tokyo/Hakone), Hajime (Kyoto/Osaka), and Taka (Hiroshima)
