We had a fantastic tour from AJT! The hotels were all well- appointed, the tour bus was comfortable, our tour guide, Joyce, was informative, friendly, and punctual. We saw Cherry Blossoms in every city, and were fortunate to be in Ueno Park on a beautiful sunny day when the trees were at 100%. We have nothing negative to say, and will certainly recommend AJT to our friends.

This was a great tour to cover the best of Japan, history, culture and food. We saw and did so much, and it was all inclusive. The pace was just about right and we enjoyed the balance of activity and free time.

This was a special tour - our granddaughter’s high school graduation and our daughter’s 50th birthday. Justin Yang was very good and enjoyed working with him. Our tour guide, David Koketsu was excellent. He took very good care of us. Our driver, Mr Wang, was also excellent. We had a different tour guide and driver in Hiroshima and they both were very good. Our daughter and granddaughter learned a lot about their Japanese heritage which was our goal for this trip. They both had a great time. Much of this is thanks to our tour guide, David, who spent the time explaining the history of the places we visited.

Before we started, I told you I felt we needed more rest/relax time and fewer destinations. We continued to feel this through the week. Best experiences were a few places I requested that are less visited by tourists.

Her candor and expertise made the trip incredibly special. She did a fantastic job herding around our extremely large group, and she gave truly valuable insight into how locals live in the various regions we visited.

This tour was really well coordinated and packed with beautiful sights, delicious and filling meals and really interesting history and cultural information provided by our tour guide (Joyce san) during our bus rides. We were all treated like VIP and the accommodations were excellent.

Japan is an amazing country but Hiroko the guide did an excellent job to make sure we get the best out of the experience. She is very experienced, helpful and friendly and was always there for us throughout the whole tour. The hotels were great and the sites visited were absolutely worthwhile.

Fast paced, well organized, pleased with quick entry into shrines & gardens, enjoyed activities like maiko dinner, kimono experience, bonsai farm & sword museum visits. Excellent & informative guide, skilled bus driver. Enjoyed seeing daily street life from the bus tours. Was very impressed that our guide got us into sites early before crowds arrived, hotel staffs directed parking and luggage. The portions of Japan that we saw are extraordinarily clean, litter-free, graffiti free. Nice mix of gardens, shrines, museums, history, & culture.
