Absolutely 5 stars. First of all, Kyoshi was very responsive and knowledgeable during planning process. Then, Shu, our guide, was THE BEST!!!! His English was perfect and he was a terrific guide. For our family of 13 (12 plus baby), he accommodated our every need and desire. Some wanted to find specific watch shops, some yarn, some hibachi dining, and he made it all happen. He skipped the things we wanted to skip, shortened tours when we were too exhausted and one day he bought a fan for all of us due to oppressive heat. He even helped some of our group go to a baseball game! He facilitated our ordering meals, took us for rice bowl, ramen and sushi. We all loved him and would highly recommend him.

We had the most fabulous and memorable time in Japan. It was made even more special by our wonderful guide Ito. He was so knowledgeable and sweet. I can’t remember our bus drivers name but he was an incredible driver and made us feel so safe with him. Kudos to both of them for making our trip fun!

Fabulous tour. Great guide and bus driver. There were a good mix of families in our group. The Expo in Osaka was wonderful. Definitely needs planning to get the most out of experience. One day is not enough. The aerial walk around the expo village was breathtaking. Our family loved our visit to beautiful Japan.
