very well organized. Good selection of hotels except Hotel El Serine in Osaka. Helpful good guides and very polite driver. We would definitely recommend to our friends

Amazing! Billie the tour guide was outstanding! Any questions he had the answer for it and if not he would go above and beyond to find out. He was informative about the tours locations and history and also any details related to questions that we had related to outside the tours. Any suggestions maybe give more time in areas of interest so it can be more explored in details.

Our tour guide Barbara was phenomenal. She well prepared, kept the group together and on time and provided a lot of detail on the Japanese culture and history. The bus driver was exceptional also.

The tour was good. We saw many things and places. We enjoyed Nara. It was a nice to walk around the park and see the deer and enjoyed the local food. We liked riding the bullet train but would have liked to ride it longer. We were not able to go to the 5th station due to a rockslide, but they took us to a small town with a good view of Mt Fuji. The castle and shrines were interesting. We liked Himeji Castle and Kurashiki. Oboke Gorge was a nice boat ride with great scenery but too short. It took 2 hours to get there for a 20-minute ride. It was nice to see the Sagano Bamboo forest and the town surrounding it. It was interesting to find out the history of Hiroshima and visiting the Peace memorial park. We enjoyed Miyajima as well. We liked the Tsukiji Outer market but could not enjoy it more fully and eat more because we went next to the Sushi making class next and lunch.

We enjoyed the "Reverse Cherry Blossom Tour" and many of the sights we were able to see, as well as the comfortable bus transporting us, and the meals and accommodations that were arranged. But the best part of the tour was the fantastic tour guides. Both Billy and Miharu are knowledgeable, humorous, and entertaining storytellers, showed great patience and care for the group, and have an obvious mastery of the logistics necessary to hold the tour together. I especially appreciated Billy being able to share his perspective and observations as an immigrant who has made Japan his home, and his diplomatic and honest responses to questions about culture, history, and current events. Miharu impressed us with her earnest presentation of information (and very helpful posters!), and endeared herself to us with her thoughtfulness and dexterity with the itinerary, which made it possible for my aunt - who needed a wheelchair or walker most of the time - to have extra support to enjoy more of the sights. We also appreciated the highly skilled bus driver(s) and their kindness and professionalism moving the wheelchair in and out of the bus at each stop.

Overall the tour was well designed especially for an introduction to Japan in a short time period. We loved our guides. Tanya was with us only two days, but was a wealth of knowledge. Hiyori was with us for the majority of the trip. She and Ota the driver, took us to so many places. We arrived safely to all of our destinations and the drives were beautiful. Hiyori was very organized, had tickets for us to enter sites and got us around with ease. She was a pleasure to travel with and lots of fun.
